God gives blessings but He leaves it up to us to possess them. You have to confront the uncertainty and go forward. There may be a battle for the blessing, but the fight is in your mind, where it always is.

God's intention was to rally the Israelites. As they drew near Canaan, to possess it, He sought to bolster their faith. They had been on the road for years and had often lost focus on the fulfillment of God's promise. They needed a verbal and visual aid to prepare them for their new life. Yet, even when God speaks, we can remain hard wired to old mindsets. Instead of accepting what God has said, we become intimidated by the details. We fail to line up with God's perspective; therefore we get caught up in doubt and end up feeling defeated, even before our venture has begun. When God prepares something for His children, He never does it halfway. He does it all the way, even to the point that it exceeds what we are prepared to believe.
