Do not chase people. Be you and do your own thing and work hard. The right people who belong in your life will come to you and stay.

Love your parents.  We are so busy growing up we forget they are growing old.

Allow yourself to rest.  Your soul speaks to you in the quiet moments between your thoughts.

When the right words can't be found, just love.

I began to realize how important it was to be an enthusiast in life.  If you are interested in something, no matter what it is, go at it at full speed ahead.  Embrace it with both arms, hug it, love it, and, above all, become passionate about it.  Lukewarm is no good.  Hot is no good either.  White hot and passionate is the only thing to be.

For what it's worth, it's never too late to be whoever you want to be.  I hope you live a life you're proud of, and if you find that you're not, I hope you have the strength to start over.

Be strong.  You never know who you are inspiring.

In between goals is a thing called life that has to be lived and enjoyed.

When it rains, look for rainbows.  When it's dark, look for stars.

When someone is going through a storm, your silent presence is more powerful than a million empty words.

We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong.  The amount of work is the same.

It's never too late to start over.  If you weren't happy with yesterday, try something different today.  Don't stay stuck.  Do better.

I'm scared to death that there may not be another one like this.  And, I confess, that I'm only holding on by a thin, thin thread.

Sittin' on the dock of the bay, wasting time.....

Numbing the pain for a while will make it worse when you finally feel it.

If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you.  If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you.

Don't lose track of who you are just because it might be easier to be someone else.

Sometimes we need music.  It reminds us we aren't the only one who has had this problem before.

My entire life can be described in one sentence: It didn't go as planned and that's okay.

Sticks and stones may build a throne but you'll be up there all alone.

I like things to happen.  And if they don't happen, I like to make them happen.

Learn how to take criticism seriously but not personally.

Be so good they can't ignore you.

Jesus was more broken - hearted, scarred, and betrayed than anyone in history.  Yet, He did not shut Himself off from us.  Instead, He calls us unto Him.  If you cannot trust anyone, right now, please trust Him.  His scars are proof that you are loved more than you know.  He will guide you through this pain.  He will sit with you when you are weak.  And, He will carry you until you can walk again.  Christ wants to see you run again.  He wants to see you live in His glory.  You just have to take His hand and walk; it will take all of you, but, you will get all of Him.  He is worth it!

I know the Peace Speaker.  Yes, I know Him by name.

Don't think too much.  You'll create a problem that wasn't even there in the first place.

Don't take people for granted.  No matter how much they love you, people get tired eventually.
