I crave space.  It charges my batteries.  It helps me breathe.  Being around people can be so exhausting, because most of them love to take and barely know how to give.  Except for a rare few.

Hate is heavy so let it go.

Thank God for people that remain kind even when the world is not kind with them.

Some people come into your life for a season, and some come for a lifetimes.  Never mix seasonal people up with lifetimes expectations.

I was smiling yesterday, I am smiling today and I will smile tomorrow.Simply because life is too short to cry for anything.

    you’ve done something to make someone laugh or smile

    you’re good enough
    you deserve to be happy
    you’re allowed to be sad
    you’re you and nothing can change that
    and there’s no one else you need to be

Your relationship with God isn’t an overnight project, it’s a lifelong process.

Words are important! God didn’t think creation into existence, He spoke it.

Some days you just have to say “screw it, I did what I could today” and just let go of all the stuff you wanted to do. Life is too short to be angry with yourself for being human.

Why would we want fame, when God promises us glory? Why would be seeking the wealth of this world when the wealth of heaven is ours?

Don’t stress yourself out over things you can’t control or change.

Prayer. So powerful whether uttered quietly, in silence, with praise and singing, with shouts and declaration, with groans and intercession, with well crafted words or simple language. All God asks is that we come with authenticity. So pray.

The ego desires to be fed. It is not so much the size of the ego, but what you feed it with, that matters.
