One thing is clear to me. You can't know everything you'd like to know. You can't do everything you'd like to do. You can't read everything you'd like to read. You must hold onto some things and let go of others. Learning to make that choice is one of the big lessons of this life.

Never allow anyone to rain on your parade and thus cast a pall of gloom and defeat on the entire day. Your time is too precious to be sacrificed in wasted days combating the menial forces of hate, jealousy and envy. Guard your fragile life carefully. Only God can shape a flower but any foolish child can pull it to pieces.

The beginning of anxiety is the end of faith and the beginning of true faith the the end of anxiety.

When all is said and done, there's a lot more said than done.

Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people.

We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.

Touching someones heart for a mere second can touch their soul for a lifetime.

When you are content to be simply yourself and don't compare or compete, everybody will respect you.

A memory lasts forever. Never does it die. True friends stay together and never say goodbye.

The real test of friendship is: can you literally do nothing with the other person? Can you enjoy those moments of life that are utterly simple?

Matthew 6:34 - "Therefore, do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of it's own."
